Our story

Strip away the unnecessary.

A tiny espresso window on Main Avenue, downtown under the big clock — about eighty square feet of coffee.

Fancy enough to be simple.

When you strip away the unnecessary complexities, it’s easy to see just how sophisticated simplicity is. A delicate blend of art and flavor flourishes from a bed of quality and precision, highlighting the essence of what espresso should be — simple, delicious, and affordable.

The machine you made possible.

For three years an Astoria made the dream work. Then the regulars helped make the next step happen: a La Marzocco. “Dream machine finally a reality. So stop by and grab some espresso and see the new machine you all made possible.” And: “I can’t thank all of you enough for supporting me to get this new machine.”

Under the big clock.

1099 Main Avenue, downtown Durango — part of the morning rhythm of Main, from Second Saturday to the Snowdown parade to every weekday at 7:30. Locally roasted coffee, local baked goods, and the same simple list every day.
